Once you know the days you’ll be in town, you'll want to connect with me. I look forward to meeting you! Once I learn what type of property you're looking for, as well as your specific criteria and budget, we can start looking at the options available to you over email and phone. Then, when you arrive in town, I can arrange for property viewings around your schedule.
( AFTER your offer is accepted )
Begin Planning Your Move
Once your offer is accepted on your new home, a closing date will be established. This is the day which you can officially take possession of your new residence. If you are planner like me, you will definitely want to start planning your move and decide what exactly you’ll be bringing. Begin reaching out to movers right away to find out their respective costs and availability. Also, should you need to list your current home for sale, I am glad to refer you to a professional Realtor in your home town.
Arrange for Your Utilities
As a general rule, it is typically a good idea to start reaching out to utility companies at least a couple weeks ahead of you're moving in. This enables the utility companies sufficient time to schedule a service visit for any equipment and/or setup services that are needed. I've listed our local utility providers below for your convenience.
If you have children, you will definitely want to start the process of getting them enrolled and registered within the School District of Sarasota County. For your convenience, I’ve included the links to find out the elementary, middle and high school closest to your new Venice residence.

It's always important to have a good family doctor and dentist when you need health care services or check-ups. Below is a great website I recommend to locate your new Sarasota care providers. Even if your new employer provides for a specified list of care providers, you can still search their patient reviews.
